Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SanPay's services, including our website, APIs, and platform (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SanPay provides:

  • Wallet Manager: Real-time cryptocurrency wallet monitoring with transaction notifications and webhook delivery
  • Payment Gateway: Cryptocurrency payment processing for merchants, including payment request creation, checkout pages, and transaction confirmation

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

3.2 API Keys

API keys are confidential. You must keep them secure, regenerate keys immediately if compromised, and use separate keys for development and production.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including AML/KYC requirements)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API resources
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • Transaction fees (if applicable) are calculated and billed monthly in arrears
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After this period, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service Level

6.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability. Pro and Enterprise plans include uptime SLAs as specified in your plan details.

6.2 Support

Support levels vary by plan: Starter (email), Pro (priority email), Enterprise (dedicated support).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SanPay and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy , which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses, network issues, or blockchain failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SanPay from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access ends immediately.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

14. General Provisions

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SanPay
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
  • We may modify these Terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance
